Mollificio Renzo Scotti has been operating for over 40 years in the production of wire and strip springs and fittings, manufacturing a wide variety of products for numerous applications and industrial sectors.
The considerable experience we have acquired in the field over the years, our state-of-the-art machinery and the use of top quality materials have enabled us to develop and optimise our production methods, guaranteeing competitiveness, efficiency and flexibility for our customers.
The materials used are: carbon steel, alloy steels and pre-hardened steels (CrSi, CrV, SiCrNi), various types of stainless steel, phosphor bronze, beryllium brass and beryllium copper. Mollificio Renzo Scotti is market leader in the production of springs for numerous manufacturers of pumps and valves in the oil and gas sector, based both in Italy and in many other countries. Products include in particular compression and disc springs, custom-manufactured to the customer’s own design, made from nickel alloys such as Inconel X750, 718 and 625, Nimonic 90, Monel alloys, Elgiloy, Titanium Beta C and Ph steel, in addition to normal carbon steel and stainless steel raw materials.

Thanks to our considerable expertise and extensive experience in technical research and design and spring production, we are able to satisfy a wide range of demands. We also operate CAD systems in our plant, and software dedicated to the calculation of spring dimensions.
